- What you build is used by engineers on road projects and by teams reading tenders under deadline.
- 02Hard documents
- Tender packs, specifications and field sheets are long, tabular and inconsistent. Reading them correctly, with citations, is the job.
- 03Rules you can test
- Status derived from records, rules frozen at the time of work, logs the database will not let anyone rewrite. The interesting problems are the ones that have to be exactly right.
- 04A small team that ships
- Work goes from idea to production quickly, you own it end to end, and decisions are written down with their reasons.
