How we build

Every answer should come with its evidence

Construction runs on documents that get disputed and records that get audited. Both products are designed so you can check what they tell you.

Evidence you can open: Every Fennec answer and extracted value links to the page it came from. Every cell on a Chainage road map takes its status from inspections you can open.
Your specification, not ours: Chainage checks results against the acceptance limits in your own frequency plan, exactly as written. Fennec extracts the fields you define rather than a fixed template.
Records that are not rewritten: Chainage keeps append-only logs of who changed and who viewed each inspection. When a reviewer corrects a value in Fennec, the original and its citation are kept.
Access by invitation: Accounts are set up for your organization. There is no public sign-up, and each organization's documents and records are scoped to that organization.

What does fluidzero make?

Do we need both products?

No. Each works on its own. Road contractors often use Fennec on tender packs and Chainage on site. Builders and bid teams usually start with Fennec.

Is Chainage only for roads?

Chainage is built for linear road and highway works. It organizes inspections by chainage, layer and side, and tracks structures, drains and junctions along the alignment. It is not a general building-project tool.

How do we get access?

Book a demo. Accounts are set up for your organization after we have talked through your projects. There is no self-serve sign-up.

How is our data handled?

Both products run on AWS. Access is by invitation through single sign-on, and each organization's data is scoped to that organization. The security page describes the controls in place today.
