Software for the documents and records construction runs on.
We build three products. Fennec reads tender and project documents and answers with citations to the page. Chainage runs quality assurance on road and highway works, from inspection request to approval. Kosh, in early access, shows companies paid by government bodies what the wait for payment costs.
01What we believe
Four beliefs, and what they cost us.
Each of these makes the products harder to build. That is the point: the work of checking moves from your team to the software. The approach page shows how each is enforced.
- 01Construction is decided in documents
- What a contractor commits to is written in the tender, and whether the work is accepted is written in the inspection record. Both are read under deadline, and both get disputed.
- 02Software should show its evidence
- An answer that cannot be checked is a liability in a bid or an audit. Our products cite the page, derive the status from records you can open, or label the estimate as an estimate.
- 03Built with the people who do the work
- Chainage was built for Harsh Constructions’ road works and is in trial with them. Fennec is in pilot with Group Surya, who build pre-engineered buildings and civil works in Pune.
- 04Honest about what is ready
- We say what each product does today and what it does not yet do, on this site and in every demo.
